Many of our clients (enterprises) use Salesforce CRM tool. In Salesforce, they can log the call and SMS activities with the customers. Whereas, they use MultiLine app for the calling and texting, but its again two device, two interface which they need to interact with.

To improve the experience and productivity of Sales and to helping them sell faster, smarter and in the environment that they are familiar with - they wanted an easy solution to eliminate the big manual step of logging the calls and text which helps in saving time and also reduces any possible human error.
